OPPORTUNITY

With more than 1,450 properties, encompassing over 35 distinct brands, at destinations across six continents, World of Hyatt needed a practical solution for unpacking the diversity of experiences and depth of rewards that await their members—regardless of how they like to travel. Greeting newly arrived guests on in-room TV, the ongoing series of interchangeable vignettes weaves poetic storytelling and premium video content unearthed from across their brand archives—opening the door to even deeper engagements.
